Day 1: Zurich - Interlaken

Day 2: Interlaken – "Top of Europe" (Jungfraujoch) – Interlaken
Today, experience one of Switzerland’s most iconic alpine adventures as you journey to Jungfraujoch, the legendary “Top of Europe”. A spectacular cogwheel railway journey carries you high into the heart of the Swiss Alps, ascending through dramatic mountain landscapes to Europe’s highest railway station at 3,454 metres above sea level. At the summit, an unforgettable world of snow, ice and breathtaking alpine panoramas awaits. Marvel at the vast Aletsch Glacier, explore the magical Ice Palace carved deep within the glacier and take in spectacular views from the Sphinx Terrace, where snow-covered peaks stretch endlessly into the horizon. Day 3: Interlaken - Zermatt
After breakfast, continue your scenic Swiss rail journey from Interlaken to Zermatt, travelling through magnificent alpine valleys, charming mountain villages and spectacular Swiss landscapes. Arrival in Zermatt, the famous car-free mountain resort nestled at the foot of the iconic Matterhorn, Switzerland’s most recognisable peak. Day 4: Zermatt - Gornergrat - Zermatt
This morning, board the historic Gornergrat Railway for an unforgettable journey high into the Swiss Alps. The cogwheel train climbs steadily through dramatic alpine scenery to the Gornergrat, a spectacular mountain ridge situated at 3,089 metres above sea level. From the summit, breathtaking panoramic views unfold across a world of towering peaks, including the majestic Matterhorn and Monte Rosa, alongside the immense Gorner Glacier, one of the largest glaciers in the Alps. Day 5: Zermatt - Geneva
After breakfast, depart Zermatt and travel by train through Switzerland’s spectacular alpine landscapes towards Geneva. Sit back and enjoy the ever-changing scenery as the journey winds through mountain valleys, picturesque villages and mountain landscapes. Arrival in Geneva, Switzerland’s elegant international city beautifully situated on the shores of Lake Geneva, where your Swiss alpine journey concludes.
